Option Code Listing Location
Just traded in my '05 Allroad (which I had since new - it hurt but miles were getting up there) for a '05 A6 3.2 and was looking for the option codes. Checked the trunk but there was no stickers like a couple of my earlier Audi's had, checked the paperwork and there was no "warranty card" with the listings like another one of my Audi's had.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can find this listing on the car or is there a way to recover on line, through Audi of America or through the dealership?
Much thanks for the help. I am a long time Audi man (20+ years) and have been a lurker on this board since the early days.

according to audi:
"Vehicle data sticker
The vehicle data sticker can be found in the customer's Service Schedule, and also on the vehicle in the spare wheel well or on the luggage compartment floor"

On my 09 avant its in the spare wheel well

I have looked both places and do not see it.
Inspected the spare wheel well and looked at the side inserts in the trunk and have not found it.
It is not in the literature either.
Thanks for the thought - I'll try calling the dealer where it was serviced and see if they can help me.

i wouldnt expect them to be helpful ... maybe AOA
i know only these possible locations
1. stickered on the 1st few pages in the WARRANTY BOOK
2. on metal back wall of spare tire well
3. stickered to underside of trunk liner
4. under the carpet somewhere in the interior
