Default ROW trans settings

I used to own a 05 Touareg and read up on there that a lot of people changing their TCU settings over to ROW and noticing a huge change(better) in shifting and gained a few MPG's too. I was curious to see of any one on here might have done this or would be willing to try this. I still dont have my VAG stuff yet.

Oh, yes. Audi spent huge effort to design outperforming car with outstanding MPG. But they hid the best features in obscure VAG-COM settings. So people without VAG tool will drive car with sub optimal MPG... typical Germans.
MMI start-up settings have A6-S6-RS6 setting. I heard the RS6 setting make your wheel arches flared by 2".

I've read some of the comments about this and have seen the settings in VCDS. People have been doing adjustments to line pressure and more for some time. It's one of those things that I'm reluctant to fiddle with without knowing what's taking place behind the scenes. Without access to documentation, I'm not keen to be the guinea pig.
