vcds coding

When taking my car to an Audi dealership, will the coding that I have made through VCDS be erased and set back to factory coding?

What coding changes have you made? I'd think things will get over written only if they update a specific module.. like ECU etc and you've made changes in those modules.

Thanks, I've made changes such as alarm bleep on confirmation, hidden menu and DRLs etc.

The car is in getting the intake manifold runners replaced so i doubt they would need to access the modules other than the engine.
