Default 2012 A7 Antenna issue

I recently began getting very sketchy FM reception (lots of bleed-over) and virtually no AM reception.

Some research suggests that either the choke or one of the antenna boosters may be the culprit.
Does anyone have any pictures, diagrams, or helpful insights as to how I can gain access to these components in the rear hatch (without destroying the trim in the process?

Thanks

The trim is mostly held on by metal/plastic expanding clips. If you open the section on the trunk lid that has the break down kit, there should be two screws behind that, remove them. after that get some plastic trim removal tools and start on the end closest to the roof line, you will hear loud pops for each clip you click out of the metal, do that all the way around, supporting the plastic as you go. If you have the power trunk button you need to disconnect this wire first, the whole cover piece should then come off.
