Looking at a preowned 2013 s6 and 2013 a7. Live the look of the a7 and the performance of the s6. What are your thoughts? They both have approximately 35k miles. Would like and value all if your opinions.

I have made that decision twice in the past nine months and both times bought an A7. And I'm a card carrying speed freak. But I use the car mainly for commuting in and out of Houston so the nod went to the car that had more overall usefulness at a lower price. I was also concerned about how smooth the dual clutch is creeping along in rush hour stop and go driving. I was damn close to buying an S6 last week though.

If you like the look of the A7 but yearned for the performance of a V8 bi-Turbo engine, why not look at a used MY2013/14 S7 instead. That way you'll get the best of both worlds, albeit paying just a little bit more in cost over that of an S6. Believe me, it's not only for the added HP and TQ, you'll rave over the S7 or S6's active Air Suspension and Cylinder-on Demand features. Even better if you can find one with Ventilated, Contoured And Massage seats, though this can be subjective. Good luck!
