Accessing Door Speakers
Does anyone know how to get access and remove the speaker covers in the doors?
I've got some terrible rattles again and want to see if I can add some felt myself, as a couple previous visits to the dealer haven't resolved the issue.

Roll down the window.
Find and remove the hidden screws. Looks like there is on in the center under the armrest. One down by the puddle light. One behind the trim at the handle. There may be more.
Start popping the plastic trees out of the mounting holes. Start at the bottom and work up the sides. The panel should become looser. If it resists too much, look for more screws. The panel hangs off the window sill. Before removing, check to see what electrical connectors have to be separated. If any rubber trim pops out, replace it immediately so you don't have to figure out where it goes and which side is up. It's simple taking things apart. It becomes involved when you forget how it went when putting it back together.
Take some pictures along the way for reference.

I had some intermittent but very annoying rattles coming from the driver door area. The dealership was very willing to fix it but it took them a year to finally eliminate the problem. They have taped things, added felt etc. but none of that helped. Finally they replaced the inside door handle assembly and that solved the problem.
