Audi A7 speedometer change to RS7

I have a project going where I have fitted my a7 with rs7 exterior and interior.=left
=left
I have retrofitted head up display and night vison. the headup display works perfectly after i coded it right ..=left
=left
but I'm struggling with the coding of the new speedometer is there anyone having experience of changing the speedometer on a 2012 model?=left

Everything works excellent in the original speedometer but with when I switch to the rs7 speedometer then the engine starts. and it says safe in the display.=left
=left
Anyone who has any tips on how I can solve this?
