Default Close hatch with remote?
Does anyone know if it is possible to close the hatch with the remote? I haven't seen anywhere were it says this is possible.

Also is there a way to close it from inside the car?

I thought that button only opened the hatch, not closed it? On my Q5 it only opens the hatch. I hope you're correct as I'm picking up my A7 next week and I would love to have that ability. With the Q5, the only way to close the hatch is from the button on the underside of hatch itself.

To close, pull and hold button in driver's side door.

That sucks. This doesn't seem to work on the Q5. Why would they not put this functionality in the Q5?

Thanks for the info. The switch in the door pocket worked. I just wish the remote worked the same.

Holding the switch in the driver door did close the hatch. It gave a few beeps first.

Undocumented feature?
