CPO A7 need help

CPO A7 need help
I'm thinking of buying this CPO A7, but the carfax is concerning me. No accidents but 7 service records in a year, 11,300 miles. Can you guys look at the carfax and tell me what you think? should these service procedures concern me, are they normal? or major procedures? thank you very much guys.

That is a little weird - there's a lot of strange things on there for a new car. It does list the dealership, with their phone number. It's worth calling them to see if they can tell you more details. They could still look up the service records by the vin but i'm guessing they probably remember this car.

Agreed--Sounds like my car... 5 service records in less than a year. But all is well for the time being; I'd be very cautious about this vehicle as well.

the dealership is assuring me that the 6 years certified pre owned warranty should satisfy my worries.But still it doesn't, I don't want to keep going to the service center, if the problems persist.But im still tempted. here are the service done that are worrying me:
1)Washed/detailed
Recommended maintenance performed
Cowl/firewall panel resealed
Wiper motor replaced/repaired
2)Washed/detailed
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked
3)Body electrical system checked
Instrument cluster checked
4)Driveshaft removed and installed
Washed/detailed
Wheel bearing(s)/hub(s) replaced
Front brake rotor(s) replaced
5)Fuel filler door adjusted
Fuel filler door replaced/repaired
Cooling system checked
Washed/detailed

Why take a chance? This reads like an owner, so frustrated with a list of unresolved problems with a new car, that he dumped it at a big loss. Who trades in a one year old car? It's a lemon, walk away.

Sure, they give you a 6 year warranty. How many times can you deal with taking it back and having them say "no trouble found" and just washing the car and returning it to you. 5? 6? Before you give up, like the original owner apparently did. Having a warranty means nothing if the car doesn't actually get fixed. And alot of that depends on the dealer network, and your specific dealer.

And alot of that depends on the dealer network, and your specific dealer.
Looks like #2 & #3 and possibly #4 are related, but nothing really says run away to me. They are right next to UW and get a large number of lease returns, this could easily be 1 of those.
