My A/C has recently been malfunctioning in my 2014 A7. The passenger side is a bit warmer than the driver side. It isn't warm, but doesn't get as cold as the drivers side. The system is charged to the proper pressure. I recently purchased a Next Gen OBDEleven device to help with home maintenance. It finds an error code which a Google search turned up zero results. It mentions the "Left Center Vent Motor." I am brand new to this so this may he an obvious fix so be gentle please. If anybody has any diagrams or manuals they can point me to, that would be great also. I appreciate the help. That code is likely specific to OBD11 which is why you are having problems with the code BUT it does say Left Center Vent Motor - NO SIGNAL.
The repair will likely involve a dash teardown to get at the motor and wiring. Not something I would want to pay for if I can't turn my own wrenches.
Any place I can get my hands on some diagrams? I am comfortable pulling the dash off to get to it, I just need to know what I'm looking for. Thanks for the help.
