Fault code 01134 and 03608

Fault code 01134 and 03608
First time Audi owner, picked up my 2018 A7 Prestige a few weeks ago.
After noticing that arming the alarm did not make an audible chirp, despite the setting being selected in MMI, I checked the car for codes. I found the 01134 code for no signal from the alarm horn, as well as 03608 for no signal from the fresh air humidity sensor.
Upon closer inspection, both sensors are connected and do not appear to be damaged. However, tracing the wire back I see what looks like corrosion on the wires, directly below the washer reservoir. Is there a known fix for this, such as a replacement harness kit, etc? As of now I'm considering removing the washer fluid reservoir and attempting to repair the existing wires. I haven't been able to find much info about this harness or issue in my searches. Thanks.
