Default Is this a good price for a 2012?

I am looking to buy a new (not used) 2012 Premium Plus A7 with no options. Since the 2013s are now being sold it has been discounted and is being sold for 56k or 58k with a 6yr/100k worldwide warranty. Nada or KBB currently don't have 2012 used pricing listed yet for me to compare prices. Do you think this is a good deal?

Last month when I was looking at a 2012 A7 they were offering $7K off plus another $1,500 conquest.

The price you get will depend on how bad your dealer wants to closeout the remaining 2012s.

So what was the total price after the deals?

I am overseas and the BMW/MB/Audi military sales dealers do no haggling at all like in the states. Since they typically sell at a discount already, the price is advertised and its up to the buyer if they want to buy it or not.

I recently $57k for a CPO one with 4,000 miles and 6y/100k warranty and thought it was a great deal. It was Premium Plus + Sports Package + Side Assist.

What are the details on the 6yr/100Kmile warranty? Sounds like the CPO warranty, but that is only available on used cars.
