Headrest DVD in A7?
What I ended up with was fixing the headrest monitor housing to the headrest using some hooks and straps after wrapping it first in a matching piece of leather to the headrest, the leather was trimmed a little longer than required so it could be fixed under the padded section of the headrest using self adhesive Velcro (hook & loop tape). The cabling was then run in through the seat backrest with just the short length of cable between the backrest and monitor visible.
Not 100% integrated but less intrusive and when I change my car I can remove all the bits and pieces without leaving any evidence or damage to the headrest.
She has since upgraded to a better Phillips system. She gets them from Best Buy with warranties. They easily transfer from car to car and I believe she has replaced them two or three times. Kids are hard on equipment.
