I presently have an A6 which has a button in glove box that allows locking the trunk so when in parking lot I can safely keep my computer using valet key. Does A7 have that feature; I am thinking of getting a new A7 2019 but concerned about locking items in trunk when parking .

The security will be minimal since you lower the rear seats from inside the rear cabin; so if they can inside your cabin (to drive, like Valet) then they can get to the rear trunk by lowering the rear seats.
