I'm from the Southeast. I was shocked. I was looking at a 5 series and decided to stop by Audi to check out the A7. My only guess is that there was an incentive to see a certain number of cars that week...I did not receive the loyalty discount.

I think I was in the right place at the right time.

I doubt I would have gotten as much off a Prestige since there are even less of those available.

I mispoke a bit: Sticker was $64,245 paid $59,135 plus they threw in the $800 Audi Care plan for 0. So the price off MRSP was just over 5k without the Audi Care.

Default Options I regret not getting/getting

I don't regret anything. In fact, I almost made a mistake and got the "Bose" upgrade, until I heard the base stereo.....and was happier with the base sound. More punch, base and bottom than the Bose. B&O was so out of the question. Not that I couldn't buy it if I wanted it, but Mom and Dad would roll over in their graves if they knew that their "product of a blue collar family" spent that much on a stereo :-). In a car for that matter!!! let alone the most important thing, it sounded inferior to the base and the Bose, no bottom at all, just sizzling highs and treble, screaming for some bottom.

Other than this, I thought about the Prestige, but realized that it was a lot of money for a lot of "non needed things", rather merely nice to haves.

So side assist, base stereo, went with the sport package etc., and am happy that I did this.

Good Luck!!

Default what intrigued you about the Audi Care Program?

I typically think these plans are rip offs, and most articles say the same. Why do you think you missed on something. What was the draw that you feel was so good that you regret. Please be specific.
Thanks,

my regret is not pushing for the 'audi care plan' to be thrown in on the closing price for $0.

My dealer was going to give me the "paint protection" at a discount off of retail as an added incentive. Is said ok, how much. He quoted me $1700.00 and change, and I gasped. He then tried to "calm me down from the gasp" by saying it would "ONLY COST ME $1400.00" Just saying....like I felt much better :-).

They don't just throw things in, as this is "pure profit" or "Mostly profit".

My view on this.
