Pre-Malone Stage 2 Maintenance?

Pre-Malone Stage 2 Maintenance?
Howdy all,
I have ~ 100k miles on our 2014 A7 TDI, and am considering a Malone Stage 2 ECU update (maybe this year, maybe three years from now) and am curious if it would be wise to do specific maintenance in advance of the tune? There are no issues with the engine currently, and it has the Diesel Modification per Dieselgate.
Should I first replace gaskets? Pumps? Anything?
