Purchased wrong grille!

Hi, I purchased the S7 Mesh grille for my 2013 Audi A7 Prestige and because it has the front camera and sensors, the shop installing my grille wasn't able to. I'm working on selling it / returning it now but need to find the grille that fits. Anyone know what the correct part is and where I can find it for a good price? Thanks in advance!

Can provide more info on the car if needed.
