quick question ipod classic
I am a little frustrated juggling music between my iphone, sd cards, and the potential that with my iphone 5 on order being useless with the mmi cable. My solution I think is to buy a new ipod classic put all my music on it and basically leave it permanently connected to the car. My question is this with the blue cable it will work but with the red cable I will get album art and video is that correct?

Red/blue grommet & album art aside, I've done exactly that with the iPod classic and for my needs its the best solution - I've got a iTunes library that's ~400GB, so even with the 160 or 120 GB on the current version of the classic, what's on the iPod is selective. The nice thing is too, when you want or need to update the iPod from your "base" library, it's done in a snap.
