Remaping the BiTdi engine
Hello , i am planning to remap my audi a7 bitdi 2013 (313 ps version). I spoke with few tuners locally and i got mixed answers about the peformance gains i can get. So my question is which is true and which one should i go for ?
One shop quoted the max i can go without removing the dpf is about 370 bhp and 750 nm, reasoning was that the factory dpf gets too hot if u tune it more and wanst good. Other shop said 400 + bph and 800 nm is no problem with just a map. So i am not sure which one should i choose.
Anyone got any experience with remaping the 3.0 bitdi engine?

I usually gauge TDI remap improvements based off what Revo offer. Unfortunately they dont list one for the bitdi yet and are looking for development vehicles. If you are based in the UK it might be worth contacting them. usually a stage 1 revo can offer approx 50-70hp over standard figures.
