RS7
Alas, I can only dream. Probably could never justify the price and I just bought my 2013 A7. If anyone here ever buys one when it comes out, please post pics and reviews so we can all oggle
I did notice one error in the cylinder on demand (COD) section of the release.
"All of these operations take just a few hundredths of a second and occur so smoothly and quickly that they can hardly be felt or heard. Active engine bearings, another high-end solution from Audi, use out-of-phase counter-oscillations to compensate for the slight vibrations that occur during four-cylinder operation. The COD technology reduces NEDC fuel consumption by roughly five percent, and even greater savings of approximately 10 percent are possible when driving at moderate speeds."
It's actually active engine mounts.

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
As I understand it, Audi is only going to ship about 900 S6's in 2013 to North America, and 600 S7s.. How many RS7's? 100?
Anyway....my 2 cents.
I was delighted to see that they're offering this with the 8-speed tiptronic transmission that does so nicely in the S8.
To me it looks like a great step up over the S7.
I wonder when it will show up in the order guide.
