Default Should I wait for 2014 model?

Hi, I am a new member of this awesome forum and a potential new owner of A7. I plan to buy with Prestige package, driver assistance, Led headlights. I just ce back from my local dealer and learned that they can start taking orders on 2014 model which should arrive in late July or early August but they didn't give any appreciation on what's changing in 2014. Does anyone knows what's changing for 2014 model? Will they support 4G instead if 3G for Audi connect? I heard standard 3 seat bench for rear seats, true? iPhone 5 integration? New colors? Any insight on 2014 changes would be appreciated. I also asked about European delivery but looks like I better of using corporate discount which is 6% instead if 5% of European delivery.

None of the things you've mentioned are listed as changes for the 2014 C7 series (the iPhone 5 is already supported except for no video through the Apple Lightning adapter which is an Apple issue, not Audi's).

2014 Order Guide:

It's not impossible that Audi could make some changes in the MMI software that would provide for added features or utility but none have been announced that I've seen for MY2014.

Third rear seat, side assist and power folding mirrors are newly standard for 2014

Thanks. That sounds right. From the order guide it looks like 19" wheels are not standard anymore with prestige. Perhaps taking that out and adding side assist with power folding mirror will keep the cost of prestige same.

I wondered similar myself. There is almost nothing that changed on the 2014 and there are some great 2013 deals out there. Add to that the wait period to get a 2014, especially built to spec.

Basically why wait when you can drive now and for less.

Only reason to get a 2014 is if you have to have an exact configuration, can't find it anywhere, and won't settle for something similar for much less money.

My thought is that the 2015 is (hopefully) going to be much different. I won't say rework, but more of a refresh. I couldn't wait that long so I will just consider trading in when the 2015 are going out there door two years from now.

How about MMI? Looking at what they showed in CES it looks to be different than what it has now and includes LTE(4G), email/FB/twitter integration and google street view... It sounds like new 2014 A3 will have it so I wondering if A7 will have it or not. It would be pathetic if A3 has and A7 don't !

Sorry. I misunderstood your last sentence and I shouldn't have nit-picked in the first place.
