Side marker light delete
I'm upgrading my 2014 C7's front bumper/grill to the C7.5 RS style. This new kit doesn't have an opening for the side marker light and I'd prefer to just delete the light. But if I remove the light bulbs or when they eventually go out, I get a dash message. Is there a way to clear this message permanently via OBD or Audi service? Any other ideas to get around this problem? Thanks!

OBD11 or VCDS should be able to turn the lights off. Dealer should be able to as well but not sure if they would as they are technically required in the US by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

Thanks! I have OBD11 VAG and I see an option to turn off the side marker light. Will give that a try
