Hi all. I have an issues where both of the scroll wheels on the steering wheel suddenly stopped working. The rest of the MMI and all the buttons (including clicking the scroll wheels) work fine. I'm just unable to scroll through any of the options or adjust the volume using the steering wheel. I've tried a full MMI reset but that didn't help. Any help / advice would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Very first thing would be to see if there are any error codes showing.

finally got round to getting it scanned and there is nothing. It’s driving me mad as you can imagine and don’t fancy paying £180 for Audi to have a look at it.

no Im just living with it. It did randomly start working again for a few days a while back but then stopped again.
