Steering wheel scroll wheel problem
Hi all. I have an issues where both of the scroll wheels on the steering wheel suddenly stopped working. The rest of the MMI and all the buttons (including clicking the scroll wheels) work fine. I'm just unable to scroll through any of the options or adjust the volume using the steering wheel. I've tried a full MMI reset but that didn't help. Any help / advice would be massively appreciated. Just wanted to see if you had an update or anyone else has experienced this issue?
I'm having the same problem, literally every button works - including when I press the scroll wheels - but neither works when I scroll up or down. I'm using OBDEleven live data to test. Both worked fine then stopped working at the same time. I tried replacing the steering column switch/clock spring assembly but that didn't fix it.

I have the opposite issue, volume on the steering wheel works fine but the volume on the console is sketchy for both my A7 & S6.
Not an issue since I mainly use the steering wheel volume.

That is an easy one to fix. Pull the **** off and spray the shaft generously with WD40. The liquid will seep into the control and clean the contacts.
