The LC2i is probably the best option for just a subwoofer addition, the mOBridge actually replaces the factory amplifier so you would have to add an additional 9 channels of amplification to have all the factory speakers work in conjunction with the aftermarket subwoofer, it all just depends on how crazy you want to get i really didn't need much more than a little extra bass, this setup is already costing me around 1400$ to do the way it is, if i were to do a toslink setup i would end up buying an additional 4000$ in component speakers from morel and 3k in amps from arc audio but alas i didn't want to get that wild
