Recently got my Audi A7 on the road, I've noticed that my headlights are pointing upwards. When I speed >85mph, my lights will point directly downwards and brighten up 5 feet in-front of me. I don't want to be that jerk blinding everyone.

I've got a chinese knock-off of VAGCOM 16.8. Is there a way to program it to point more downward and upward if I'm speeding; if so, what are your settings at? Seems like my car is backwards at the moment unless there is a reason for it to point down while speeding.

I don't know about the VAGCOM part. I do know that the A7 has a headlight level sensor on the drivers side front wheel near the sway bar link.

Thank you soooo much for the picture. When I got my car shipped, they had hooks they attached to sway bars, my car didn't power on so they slowly let the car roll a couple inches to see if the brakes could catch, during all that I think they snapped the metal part holding that sensor arm on the sway bar. Didnt know what it was for initially till you showed that picture. Instant light bulb.

Super gluing till I find a replacement part. Was definitely blinding people and when I would go a certain speed, the air resistance pushed the arm up, forcing my lights to point down
