Default Tree in the Boot!

Just got home with the family Christmas Tree in the boot of the A7.

A good size 6 footer.

With the hatch closed.

Try that in your A6 (or 535, E350, etc.).

Happy Holidays!

Actually, with the seats down, I have 6' 4" from the back to the front seat back in my A6, more than enough for a six foot tree. I wouldn't want to carry one in the car anyway. What are you using for sap remover?

snagit - I didn't intend to start any A6/A7 wars, simply sending some holiday tree trivia to the A7 owners.

With the seats folded down you may have the length for a 6" tree in your A6, however, good luck getting it to fit in the narrow trunk opening. I'd love to see a pic of that.

A simple tarp protects against any potential sap.

Easy. Just tie it up tight. Plenty of room.
I was simply responding to your post that stated that an A6 couldn't hold a six foot tree like an A7. Turns out, it can. Since you post regularly on the A6 forum, you should realize that A6 owners visit the A7 forum as well.

Put that tree back in the trunk and take pictures. LOL

Seriously, I am surprised the tree actually fit.

Merry Christmas and at least take a picture of the decorated tree when you are done.

There is absolutely no truth to the rumor that this video is actually a member of audiworld.

Now, if the folks in the video had bought a 6' spruce instead of a bloated fir tree and had it tied up by the tree lot, it would have gone in the car with no problem (assuming they had fold down rear seats with a 6' cargo length like an Audi A6).

I took the dimensions of my imaginary S6 trunk (with the seats down, of course) and feel confident I can fit 5 of the tied up spruce. Give 4 to my neighbors who complimented me about my imaginary S6, as a surprise Christmas present to them ... to make up for the missing Christmas present my dealer did not give me when he delivered my imaginary S6.

Where's the video of that guy trying to remove that tree?
Those branches would be snagging on everything upon removal.
