What tires are on those wheels? And which Audi did you order?

They are Vredesteins, which I absolutely love. Great tires in dry and wet - one of the coolest tread patterns out there.

I ordered an RS5 but it wasn't my first choice. My first choice is undoubtedly the S7, but its out of the range that Im willing to spend on a car. The A7 is just about the perfect car for me, Tech galore, effortless to drive, 0-60 in 4.7-4.8 sec (real world) and it has been great. Thing is, I had a supercharged S5 that was insane and I want that feeling again. Apparently the new S6 blows through the quarter at 12.1 sec @ 115mph with a 0-60 in 3.7 sec - which should put the S7 right about there as well. I am considering the S6 but its looks obviously aren't as desirable as my A7 or an S5/RS5... Low key with supercar performance might be the best thing though.

Quatrac 3? RS5 would be in the 3.3-3.5 range wouldn't it? If I had a choice S7 would definitely be my first choice as well.

Ultrac Sessanta. I haven't seen the RS5 break 4 seconds flat but nobody appears to have tested the updated RS5. It previously seemed to post 4.1-4.3 numbers in tests. The drawback for me is it just doesn't have the tech (no electric folding mirrors, nav-screen, steering wheel, LED lights, fuel efficiency, forced induction) of our cars and it's an aging model with only a couple of years left before the next gen. Our model has a solid 5-6 years left.

Why not just chip the A7 when it becomes available soon? Probably 4.3 and you still have an A7.

Can't argue with that. Only thing is I haven't seen anything from GIAC or APR on this. After having an A7, the A5 body style doesn't have that visual impact on me that it once had when I bought my S5 in 2007. I just found a review of the RS5 that is pretty impressive. 0-200 time has dropped to 14.7 sec which is significantly better than it had pre-facelift.

Nice... looks like you are set with the RS5. Having driven the A7 I can't imagine going back to the "old" interior and a smaller screen..

Just mod the A7 and you will be in the S7 league..
