Default Which would you chose...

In my quest to find my A7, my dealer has been able to locate a couple of models both in Prestige and the exact color combo I'm looking for ...one has the 20" sport package, cold weather package, audi side assist and LED headlights. ($70,780 MSRP). This would have to be transferred from out of state (approx. $1300) I would also have to purchase separate winter tires. The other does not have the sport package (it comes with the 19" All Weather tires), but does have the cold and innovation package ( which does include side assist and LED headlights) ($73,500 about). This car may be arriving in the area soon so no transfer fee would be needed and no tires would have to be purchased. The dealer did say though that if the car arrived at a dealership in a nearby state he would have to pick it up and drive it back which could add a couple hundred miles to the car.

So which would you chose? I can't decide between the 20" sport package or the heads up display/ adaptive cruise. In essence everything else would be the same. Finding one with both packages has been tough given the limited availability of my color choice.

Finally, has anyone opted for Audi Care and the Wheel/Tire program? I have both for my A5 and have definitely gotten my money's worth for the tires given all the potholes over here.

I opted for audi care and the road harzard wheel and tire package, the 20" wheel and tires are 1400 per set, you pay $600 or $800 depending on how good a deal you can get, no brainer, $850 bucks for maintenance for 4 years/50K miles, again a no brainer

id go 20" sports and ditch the heads up package.
my a7 search is similar: limited supply = few cars with mixed options,
but none in the exact package want...
'settling' doesnt seem right.

I ordered a Prestige, 20"sport, LED... Sport package is a must (3 spoke steering wheel so much nicer IMHO, and .4" lowered sport tuned suspension). The 10 spoke 20" match the prestige so well...the 19"s just don't do it for me and there is way too much wheel gap with the sport package.

I bought a set of 18" winter tires in preparation.

Personally I found the head-up display overly redundant and distracting... if you didn't have the LCD display in the steering console, then it would be a harder decision regarding the HD...but since you have it in the steering column, it seems strange that it is in front of your face twice and again in the flip Nav.... 3 maps when you are following guidance = overkill and distracting.

Agreed...same goes for people asking what "color" to buy.

It cracks me up that some people actually responded by analyzing each color...

its an opinion, everyone is going to be different with various preferences.

Go with what you like.

Amen. Buying a luxury car is a subjective and personal choice. Follow your own thoughts not those of others....

Yeah, some even weren't decisive between an A6 and A7....

Took the advice to go with what I liked, didn't I? Now I'm passing the same advice along.

Color is a lot more subjective than picking between two cars with a 10k difference
