A7 or Q8
#2
I was hesitant too, especially, when I determined that the pricing of the Q8 is similar to the A7 in the region where I live. For me, the A8 doesn't look sporty enough. The car tends to be more into utility cross-over than sporty cross-over. Both the front and the back are more vertical than they need, they are sloppy enough in my opinion. As a result, I went with the A7 keeping in mind that I currently own a Lexus SUV and wanted to changed style as well.

Tough decision considering that you cannot test drive or even see either car in the US at a dealership. However, I was in Europe recently and saw the Q8 at the Audi's showroom at the Munich airport. You could sit in it and mess around with the controls. I have to admit that seeing the Q8 live its really a great looking car. It looks much better in person that the in photos. It has great presence while not coming off as goofy looking like the X6 and GLE.
Of course the Q8 will have more space than the A7 so potentially that might impact the decision.
I'm sticking with my A7 order, but after seeing the Q8 its a great choice.
