Request for help Seat memory & MMI update
I had my 10k service yesterday and at that time they performed a MMI software update which rendered my memory seats to no longer function. Meaning the red LED light on the driver's side remains off and neither button 1 or 2 moves the seats into position, additionally the easy entry / exit now doesn't work which I believe is also tied into the seat memory. I believe this is due to either the MMI update or the battery being disconnected during service. Regardless I have attempted to reset the "boundaries," of the driver's seat to remedy the issue without any success. So I must be doing something wrong. Does anyone have a specific insight into a fix? Thank you in advance.
