Brake light keeps burning out any thoughts replaced it 5 times in the past six months, dealer says

there is no problem. Any thoughts?

Interesting that the dealer said that there is NO problem!

Generally, brakelight useage is intermittent except for sitting at a light etc. There may be some sort of overheating set up by the application of the brake due to current fluctuations. I cannot believe that the dealer did an electrical check of that circuit and found nothing. What else could it be? A bad "bag of bulbs"?

thet said it was just a few bad bulbs, however I would like to fix it and have no idea how

Ah, the old bag of bulbs syndrome! The rear bezels should

be easily removed for bulb replacement but someone with experience in the D2 arena would be better equipped to answer your questions.
