CD player problems

hi guys..my '97 A8 has the Delta soundsystem. The CD player has been fixed twice because of error messages, like "CD00 ERR" that appeared. The same thing happened again. I am tired of repairing it. Are there any other CD players that i can retrofit easily from the aftermarket and avoid getting these cd error messages?
