Suspension is not rated in KW (or horsepower).
However, in a model that comes with different motor weight options, specs within that car company or parts catalogs "might" refer to some suspensions set-ups (mainly spring rate) by the engine they go with.
KW is Euro (or ROW) rating of horsepower...example: A 3.3 TDi should be about 225 hp ... or about 167KW.

I asked the owner who informed me that the A8 d4 3,3l tdi Q. is dropped (lowered?)
I do not know how, but the authority (EU) has aproved.
( sorry for my miserable english. I'm norwegian)
