Default headliners
how difficult would it be to remove the cloth headliner, sunroof would have to be done as well, and install grey alacantra...and does anyone know would it be very expensive from dealer, i'd like black like the leather but all the little plastic parts are grey like the present cloth in there and that would be way pricey, tia guys, kk

I've done it, tricky if you haven't done it before. Bentley is good on this one.

no, haven't done this... what do you think audi would charge, for the headliner, i know, i should ask them, i will, just tossing stuff around, haven't seen any on ebay though, or anywhere else,

Default I just did a straight swap and the regular headliner was $1,700 (but I didn't buy it)
an alcantara would be insane but I haven't looked.

W12s all had Alcantara headliners (you have to get something for your $120K besides 4 more pistons)so what happened to yours?
