HVAC error codes

HVAC error codes
Pulled following codes from aircon:
00796 - Fan for interior temp sensor (V42)
41-00 Blocked or no voltage
00723 - Right center vent switch (F184)
30-00 Open or short to B+
Any idea what could be the problem and where these components are located?

Component locations:
I would imagine the fan for V42 is behind the sensor itself which is the little black plastic vent thingy between the climate control and radio. As for F184, please refer to the diagram:

If you have a multimeter, I would be checking for continuity.
