Default MPG
Someone asked the other day about A8 4.2 MPG, so when I was on a road trip this week, I measured it.

26.1 MPG @ 65 MPH, constant speed over 50 miles of low rolling hills.

22 MPG @ speeds up to 90 MPH over 40 miles of flat terrain.

Both of these numbers include A/C running nice and cold plus DVD player and TomTom Go operating.

Default I got 25.8 on a trip yesterday
About 200 miles on I-85. Speeds 75-120mph (mostly 75, but those long sweeping exits are too much fun to resist!)

When I go on trips, I usually get about 25 MPG with avg spped of 78MPH.

What MPG do you get for mostly around town? I get only 17-18.

I use TipTronic around town, and keep gears LOW for extra zoom. I avg 15mpg around town.
