Which oil Grade 10W40 or 5W40 ?
by the way i live in a warm area which temperature varies from +3 degrees Celsius in winter time to +40 degrees Celsius in summer time.
driving in higher temp conditions 10/40 should be considered.
It's nice to have a 15 year old engine and not have any crankcase deposits..
Synthetics are the only lubricants that do this.

0W30 in extreme cold and 10W40 in high heat...somewhere in between for your situation. You're not gonna blow up your engine with the wrong grade oil...it's just an internal combustion engine that follows the same rules as a 6's V8 or straight 6.
If it's always used dino oil, stick with that...if you switch to synthetic late in the engines life, you'll likely spring new oil leaks...and if it's a 32V, they already hemorrhage oil like a hemophiliac in a nail storm.
If it's used synthetic most of it's life (as Audi & I recommend), stick with that, in a grade fitting to your climate.

So if i use 5w40 Full synth instead of 10W40 using its good ?
