overheating problem
havin trouble with overheating..just had coolant system flushed no leaks tb replaced within 10k miles..overheating only when sitting still even worse when ac is on almost goes to 3/4 line on thermostat any ideas my mechanic couldnt find any problems and the electric fans are working runs cool while driving just not when stopped...?

Wait until it starts overheating in traffic, pull over, open the hood and using a pencil or small piece of wood, see if you can stop the fan, which you probably can.
It's the clutch on the fan assembly. Common problem on pre facelift cars.
