Plastic engine covers
I'm missing one on the drivers side - what do these do? Are they important for anything other than appearance? Anybody want to sell a new one? What kind of knucklehead mechanic or owner wouldn't put this back on?

you can try the salvage yard.
i recently took all 3 covers (the middle and 2 sides) off because it gets pretty hot in there. however (maybe it's just a coincidence), at about the same time, my ac drains or cowl drains got clogged (will look into it this weekend). maybe more leaves and such get into the cowl area with the 3 covers off???
