that was the A8 "concept car" that did the show circuit back in 1994...
It was a "concept car," but was really a production ready design of the upcoming A8. Differences were few; smoked taillights, wheels, and susupension.
I think all the A8 brochures have pics of the car in it's raw chassis form, where you can tell it's all aluminum.
