S8 exhaust options

I put a "Flowmaster" exhaust on mine that I had sitting around the garage. Sounds good except it drones around 1950-2050rpm, exactly at the speed the auto likes to sit on.
I might get a Magnaflow later for it (local disti), if the fairly rubbish and small Flowmaster sound almost passable, I think the Magnaflows would sound very well. The brands you mentioned always seem too $$ for the sound and quality IMO, especially Remus.

and use baffled cans...not glass packed ones.
