has any one had their strut leak at this point and got it fixed without having to replace the whole strut?

Well all you should hope for that its a leaky line that way it will be a much cheaper fix. If you have a leaky shock, it will need replaced. There are some good used ones on there going from $300-600 per shock. Beats $900-1000 per shock at the dealer. If you can wrench, that's even better.

lol thanks a bunch...yea i tried to buy from them, they said 475 for offer on ebay but off ebay they offered me 425 i bought a couple of parts from them actually...they will be my only option if i dont find it for 200-350 within the next month
