If this is not a valid copy of VCDS, get one! you can then get some very good help from them as well.
If it is valid, Go in and manually clear any and all codes you can. Some of them may not clear.
Run the scan again.
With out knowing what condition the car was in prior to the issues, and the exact steps taken that brought you to this point, there is not much anybody can do, in person or online. If the car was stolen, and you took it to a dealership, they would probably have figured that out.
