Engine waping

I have 2006 A8 with engine 3.2 L , can i swap it with engine 3.0 L for the same year ?

You can do whatever you want. However, it may not interface to the rest of the vehicle nor even run.

I wouldn't recommend an engine swap in a car like this unless you are a professional. That you are asking tells me you are not, I really don't recommend it! If the engine in it now is a total loss, either replace it with a like engine or get a new car.
