MAF tool size

I've had a slightly rough idle and vag-com measuring blocks have it outside of range at idle. So, I'm going to replace it, I already tried cleaning it when I picked up the car.

What size is the tamper proof torx to remove it? I have a tamper proof set but none of them fit.

Or,

I managed to do my C5 with pliers on the outer edge of the screw head, if that head is still somewhat raised. It was a very corse threaded screw with modest tension.
