Is this a problem??

Got a crack where the “ sound pipe” attaches to the intake pipe. Whoever had the car before me did this damage . I have no codes or any major problems but I do feel like I hear more engine sound during higher load . Is this a big deal ? Could this be causing any problems with fuel/air mix? Anybody ever have this problem ??

You should repair/replace it as the crack will grow and eventually cause a vacuum leak, and associated codes.

JB weld it. Fixed my cracked intake like that.

Should hold for a very long time.
