Slippery liquid on garage floor
I think that the liquid is condensate draining from the Aircon but the slipperiness is surprising and it does not seem to dry. There are no other signs of fluid loss from the car and nothing ever noted when serviced.
Just lost the radiator in the W12 due to a minor leak. Never hit the ground; it just burned off pretty much on the bottom of the radiator. Replaced under warranty. S8 unit may be the same one. If the leak seems back by the firewall though, that could be heater core (but you would likely smell that inside and have some windshield fog up), or one of the oil or ATF to water cooler units bolted around the tranny area. On the W12 there is also a complicated antibackflow coolant valve back by the firewall (right next to the battery on the passenger side (U.S. spec.)). I noticed a tiny leak on mine leading to a bit of coolant loss/burnoff which the dealer diagnosed as just a loose clamp.
On previous Audi's I have lost side and rear tranny seals (C4 and C5), which dropped fluids like you say. Also under warranty. Post warranty it has been pretty uneventful for leaks on the various Audi's FWIW.
