I have an '07 A8 with 20" wheels (part of the sport package). Due to the size of the wheels, I have a space-saver spare in the trunk w/o a TPM sensor. This leads me to a few questions for the membership:
- Wouldn't this throw a TPMS error if the car only senses 4 wheels and not 5?
- If so, is there a setting that can be manipulated with VAG-COM to tell the car to only look for 4 wheels and not 5?
- Should I expect the MMI display to show the pressures/temps of the 4 wheels with TPM sensors (and just nothing for the spare)?
