Upper Control Arm replacement Torques

Upper Control Arm replacement Torques
Hi,
I'm going to be replacing my upper control arms (front suspension, front and rear arms) and my Bentley repair manual does not list the torques...if someone know where they are listed in the Bentley manual that would also help me out.
Does anyone have the torques for the following:
Front suspension Front Control Arm Torque
Front suspension Rear Control Arm Torque
Front suspension Pinch bolt Torque
Front shock lower bolt torque
Any help would be appreciated
