VCDS - CENT. ELECTRIC & CODING
FOLKS I AM WONDERING:
(1) USING VCDS IN SELECTING -SELECT MODULE => (9) CENT. ELECTRIC ,
How can I tell if the soft. coding options are correct.. I suspect that there may be an issue which is driving issues with running lights & with headlight washers.
also the Adaptation option there is greyed out .. (so I cannot adjust frequency of headlight washers to try and disable)... why would it be greyed out ??

If I am thinking correctly this module has the long coding, and there is a long coding helper that will almost walk you through the coding.
In the helper just go through the selections to see if the correct options your car has are selected or not.
If the coding isn't correct it will throw an error code for it.
Are there any error codes now?
